Led by Dr. Deva Watson, our mission is to provide personalized, compassionate chiropractic care that helps patients recover, restore function, and maintain their overall health and well-being. We provide chiropractic care for individuals involved in motor vehicle accidents, including evaluation and treatment of common accident-related injuries such as neck pain, back pain, headaches, and other musculoskeletal conditions. We work collaboratively with patients, attorneys, and other healthcare providers to support a coordinated approach to care throughout the recovery process. In addition to personal injury care, Aligned Chiropractic & Wellness proudly serves wellness patients seeking routine chiropractic care, improved mobility, better function, injury prevention, and support for an active, healthy lifestyle. We believe chiropractic care is not only about addressing pain, but also about helping the body function at its best. Every patient is treated as an individual. I’m Dr. Deva Watson, chiropractor and founder of Aligned Chiropractic & Wellness. My passion is helping individuals and families in my community discover the power of natural healing so they can move better, feel better, and live pain-free lives.

I began my journey at Albany State University, where I built the foundation for my career in health and wellness. I later earned my Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University, where I refined my clinical skills and became a member of the chiropractic sorority, Alpha Delta Upsilon. Through this experience, I developed strong leadership skills, lifelong connections, and a deeper commitment to service.

I specialize in extremity adjusting and have a strong passion for working with athletes, active individuals, and those dealing with everyday aches and pains. My approach is centered on listening, personalized care, and addressing the root cause—not just the symptoms.

My goal is to create a safe, faith-filled space where you feel heard, supported, and cared for like family. I truly believe the body is designed to heal itself once interference is removed, and I’m here to help guide you on that journey.
