How it started

It began in 2020.

The Personal Injury Connection began in 2020, when the world—and the way we did business—suddenly changed.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, founder Rhiannon Turner recognized that personal injury professionals still needed a way to build relationships, exchange referrals, create opportunities, and grow their businesses—just in a smarter and safer way. What started as a private Facebook group quickly became a trusted community where professionals across the personal injury industry could stay visible, connected, and supported.

As the community grew, so did the vision.

TPIC evolved from an online networking group into large-scale, in-person events designed to create meaningful connections throughout the personal injury industry. It then expanded again with the launch of a national online directory, giving attorneys, medical providers, and other PI professionals an affordable way to advertise their businesses and be discovered by the people who need their services.

Today, The Personal Injury Connection is more than a networking group. It is a growing national platform that brings together in-person events, online visibility, industry relationships, and referral opportunities—all under one trusted name.

What began as a way to keep people connected during an uncertain time has become a powerful community built to move the personal injury industry forward. With TPIC expanding into additional states, The Connection is only getting stronger.

Working with The Personal Injury Connection has introduced me to so many incredible new professionals. By significantly helping us expand our own network of providers and attorneys, The PI Connection has allowed me to continually make new connections within our field. I’m truly grateful for the relationships that have developed and continue to blossom.
