Dr. Carl Shenkman serves as Medical Director for Complete Brain Testing (CBT). As a physician specializing in both Neurology and Psychiatry, Dr. Shenkman brings a unique level of expertise to the evaluation and treatment of accident victims suffering from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), traumatic brain injury (TBI), anxiety, depression, cognitive dysfunction, sleep disturbances, and other trauma-related conditions.

His combined neurological and psychiatric training allows him to assess both the structural and functional effects of trauma on the brain while differentiating psychological, neurological, and neurophysiological causes of a patient's symptoms. This multidisciplinary approach provides a powerful advantage in identifying conditions that may otherwise go undiagnosed or inadequately documented.

Under Dr. Shenkman's medical supervision, Complete Brain Testing utilizes FDA-approved quantitative EEG (qEEG) brain mapping and neurofeedback technology to objectively evaluate brain function and develop individualized treatment recommendations. By combining advanced neurodiagnostic testing, objective clinical findings, and physician-guided interpretation, CBT helps accident victims obtain answers, receive appropriate care, and work toward meaningful recovery.
