About Medina Wellness Chiropractic Center

Medina Wellness Chiropractic Center is a Sandy Springs–based clinic specializing in injury recovery and wellness care through personalized chiropractic treatment and advanced therapies.

Medina Wellness Chiropractic Center was founded with a clear mission: to provide high-quality, patient-centered care that helps individuals recover from injuries, restore mobility, and achieve long-term wellness. Led by Dr. Rey Medina, a dedicated Doctor of Chiropractic, our clinic was built on the belief that every patient deserves personalized attention, honest guidance, and effective treatment tailored to their unique needs.

Our practice focuses on treating patients involved in motor vehicle accidents, sports injuries, and work-related conditions, while also supporting individuals seeking preventive and wellness care. We offer a comprehensive approach that includes chiropractic adjustments, therapeutic modalities, rehabilitation exercises, spinal decompression, shockwave therapy, and other advanced techniques designed to promote healing and reduce pain.

What sets Medina Wellness Chiropractic Center apart is our commitment to combining clinical expertise with compassionate care. We take the time to educate our patients, helping them understand their condition and actively participate in their recovery. Our bilingual team (English and Spanish) ensures clear communication and a welcoming environment for our diverse community.

Located in Sandy Springs, Georgia, our clinic continues to grow through strong relationships with patients, attorneys, and healthcare providers who trust us to deliver consistent, results-driven care. Whether you are recovering from an accident or looking to improve your overall health, our goal is to help you move better, feel better, and live better.
