Chris Jackson founded Jackson Injury Law in 2023 with the goal of empowering clients by giving them knowledge of the law and a meaningful understanding how it affects their personal injury and wrongful death cases.

Before founding Jackson Injury Law, Chris spent years litigating cases on behalf of defendants and their insurance companies. This experience gave him insider knowledge on insurance claims management, evaluation techniques, and defense tactics. Chris saw firsthand that insurance companies use their massive budgets and powerful information collection capabilities to pay as little as possible to injury victims. He found that insurers are especially unfair with victims who aren’t represented by attorneys, and that they exploit goodwill garnered through tremendous marketing campaigns to make those victims feel as if they are being treated fairly.

After working as a defense attorney for years, Chris followed his heart to use the skills and knowledge he'd gained to represent injury victims. Since then, Chris and his team have recovered millions and millions of dollars for their clients, and they've had fun doing it.
