That insight drove us to expand—and today, The Forge Companies include Advocacy Wealth Management and Advocacy Trust, giving us the ability to serve clients with a wide array of solutions, such as: Settlement Protection Trusts, Special Needs Trusts, Minors Pooled Trusts, and more. We currently manage over $4 billion in assets and serve as Trustee for more than 600 families nationwide. Beyond trust and wealth management, our services also include lien resolution, insurance solutions, Medicare Set-Asides, fee deferrals, as well as back-office support for your firm so you can stay focused on your cases. We have built our business on experience, trust, and relationships. Our goal is to be your go-to resource, helping you navigate even the most complex settlement scenarios with confidence and care, making the process seamless for both you and your clients.

For over 20 years, The Forge Companies have been dedicated to guiding plaintiff attorneys and their clients through the entire settlement planning process. Starting in 2003 as Forge Consulting, a national insurance agency specializing in structured settlements and annuities, we quickly identified a critical gap in the legal industry, specifically in settlement planning and

financial services. The complex nature of the legal field often forces firms to cobble together a variety of service providers, creating a fragmented and inefficient approach.

To bridge these gaps, we established Advocacy Wealth Management, providing financial planning services; Advocacy Trust, providing a wide range of trust planning and administration services; and Forge Capital, providing financial and business support services tailored to the needs of lawyers and their firms.

We have over 150 teammates with experience in financial, legal, compliance, operations, and marketing services.
