Quality Craftsman Design Build, LLC was founded by Mark Lovell and Laurri Wallace with a shared vision: to merge Mark’s knowledge and passion for sustainable construction with Laurri’s decades of experience as a physical therapist and healthcare executive. Together, they recognized a unique need in the industry—medical practices and healthcare providers require more than just a contractor. They need a partner who understands the flow of a clinic, the regulatory requirements of medical spaces, and the financial and operational pressures of running a practice.

Laurri’s career has spanned patient care and the build-out of multiple physical therapy clinics and medical facilities across the country. She knows first-hand the challenges providers face when planning a new space—balancing compliance, workflow efficiency, patient comfort, and cost. Mark brings over 30 years of expertise in design-build construction and a passion for sustainable, high-quality craftsmanship.
