I founded Insight Neuro with a clear mission: to bridge the gap in post-accident care by bringing awareness and access to proper concussion diagnostics. Too often, patients involved in car accidents go untreated for traumatic brain injuries—only to suffer from long-term effects like PTSD, mood disorders, dizziness, brain fog, and cognitive issues after their primary treatment ends.

At Insight Neuro, we provide comprehensive TBI evaluations backed by a team of board-certified neurologists. With over 20 devices across Georgia and a growing presence in Chicago, our vision is to expand nationwide—making high-level brain diagnostics more accessible than ever.

We offer mobile testing, as well as telemedicine consults for patients who are unable to travel or have contraindications. Every scan is designed to give patients answers, empower physicians, and ensure no injury is left unseen.
